Ecopsrin contains Aspirin, in this dosage, it is commonly used for blood thinning and heart health. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

Mirprogen contains a form of progesterone which is vital to a woman's overall health, including her ability to become pregnant and to carry a baby to full term. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms.

Is there anything else I can help with?
