Sir/Madam one of the pediatric doctor was given the course KAYPEN-250 for 3 and half months(2 tablets per day) for my baby of 6 years. Just I want to know whether the drug is safe or not?, is there any side effect from this drug?. Please answer my question as early as possible.

this is for my aunty who is a filaria fever patient who also had a wound on her left leg for which we used to go for regular dressing. Now the wound is healed but doctor had prescribed to have Keypen 250 mg along with Becosules Z capsules. Now days we are unable to find Kaypen 250 mg and medical shops are sayings its been stop manufacturing . Can you please advice on what could be done as an alternative.
