What is this pill I found? GPI. A 325. It is round, white, nothing on other side. The GPI letters are on top, then underneath is A325.

I have identified the pill you described as an over the counter Acetaminophen (The same active ingredient in Tylenol), which is used for pain relief and fever reduction.

Hi. What you have is just regular Tylenol. 325mg. It's used for mild pain relief. Also used to treat a fever. Hope this clears things up for you.
