This is accurate. It is a generic immediate release Mucinex containing 400 mg of Guaifenesin.

As previously mentioned I also identified the pill as a Guaifenesin. I would just like to expand upon their responses by offering you some additional information on this drug that I sourced from the National Institute of Health.
