I think the marking you're looking at is actually G037. This tablet is manufactured by Tris Pharma and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so yes, it is a generic for Vicodin. (NDC 27808-0037)
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
