You are likely referring to Esomeprazole Magnesium 20 mg delayed release capsule - it is supplied as a white capsule with the imprint I81 (that's an uppercase letter I instead of the number 1 as the first letter). It is indeed an over the counter generic Nexium, a proton pump inhibitor for treating GERD. (NDC 0363-0508, among others).
