Being "clean" isn't a specific condition from person to person. Addiction doesn't come in one form for everyone. Being clean to you can mean one thing where it can mean other things to other people. So yeah technically if you put any kind of drug in your body then it's not clean...but clean to me is not putting a needle in my body. What you say...think...or do doesn't mean shish without action. Criminal is another one of those words that has different meanings. Don't be jello or butt hurt cause you cold turkey quit and others chose not to suffer. If both y'all have the same result then what's it matter? ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHAT THE RESULTS ARE... EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ONE SIZE FITS ALL.

Thank you for the real facts. Everyone thinks its the naloxone that blocks. Its the bupe. And nobody listens when i tell them subutex will throw them in to to same precipitated withdrawls as suboxone.

U dont want to swallow your spit let it sit under your tongue as long as possible sometime if u swallow it will make u puke it works so good if u just dont talk dont open your mouth just sit 30 min and let it sit sit sit .. U will have a lot lastin even i break mine small as possible i can break it into 4 or 6 pieces and last for 3 days i have never takein a 8mg hole one no way dont need it and i did presd 4 oxy a day and never need 8mg but i hate subxton . subutex is way better

If it is suboxone then you are supposed to spit it out. Suboxone spit mostly contains naloxone which is the blocker.

Do Not take two a day unless you want to have a 3 month withdrawal. I am currently taking a half a pill a day I wait 16 hours . But 24 hours is way too long.

subutex most definitely WILL throw you into precipitated withdrawals. buprenorphine has an even higher binding affinity than naloxone and is the only drug that has any effect in that combination. the naloxone was added in order to get suboxone approved for opioid maintenance but it has virtually NO effect when taken with bupe

I was taking 4-6 Norco a day just to kill the pain. Now I take 1/2 subutex per day, could possibly do with less. Much more pain killing power, and lasts much longer. 1/4 in the am, 1/4 in the pm. Good luck, we're all in this together!!

Everyone is different and it is not ok to say that your addiction and recovery is the only way.
I accept and can relate to ppl who abused rx meds but what about ppl who literally were on deaths door and using illegal drugs every day just to feel ok?! I don't think it's right to shame ppl for being on dr prescribed medication and in recovery.
the two aren't separate, whatever works for you!
