Manufacturing of white phenyl is so easy. take 2 litre pine oil and add 1 litre phenoxy emulsifier in pine oil.shake it very well.you will get golden transparent liquid. Now add small amount of water in steps till u get thick white creamy fluid. now add about 100 litre water in this solution. your phenyl is ready.

Dear Sirs,
Thank you very much for your reply re. making of white phenyle but there is some lack of information that wherefrom the Phenoxy Emulsifier can be made available. Secondly, Pine Oil is not available in Pakistan
therefore please advise me that Cotton Oil or any other
oil can be used. The formula should of universal type.
