Which Is The Efficiency Of The Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir?

Please, be so kind and tell me if you have some reference about "LEDVIR", do you think that this medicine could be administrated with god results in F2 stage of Hepatite C, genotype 1b?
Ledipasvir + Sofosbuvir will destroy for ever the C virus? or the C virus will be eliminated just for a period of tme?
