I think we should forget aabout this ?? pill since it can't get and no one knows if it still exist oor not. If you want to lose weight yyou should try the green smoothie.

I also can't get this pill in Jamaica and want to know if it is banned? It has been over 3 years now since I was able to get these tablets and ever since then I gained back a lot of weight.

Tash there is a pharmacy on the street that March drug store is on. From March drug store walk towards the the arcade. I dont remember the name of the pharmacy but its about yhe 3rd to last store on your right hand side....you have to walk down a little isle and the pharmacy is to the back. Hope you find it

Hey OP, I'd like to add a couple of things. Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% fat, there's no point in doing hours and hours of cardio and weight training if your still eating junk food, because you will not lose any weight, sure you may get fitter but you won't lose any fat.

Also, if you can't fit 30 minutes of cardio in a day, 7 minutes will do the trick tremendously, well that's only if your doing 7 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity).

Do at least a 20 second sprint then a 20 second run, alternate for 7 minutes, everyday, you will feel great and revitalized after.

Be careful in which guides you follow. There are TONS of fad diets and lies.
