When To Start Taking Medroxyprogesterone?

Hello!

I am a 25 year old mother of 2. I was just prescribed Medroxyprogesterone 5mg as a trial to my unpredictable menstural cycle as well as my massive breakouts just days before. This is a stupid question but for the directions, it says "Take 1 tablet twice daily on days 15 to 25 (10 tablets a month)".
I have asked my doctor 3 times to help me understand the directions and I still don't quite get it.
If I start my period May 1st and end on may 5th, when do I start taking these ?
