I am taking Pantocid since 7 days. I am not taking milk and any of milk products as per doctor's advice. Just wanted to know what diet i should follow . Can i eat fried vegetables? banana , apple, pine apple, guava, papaya??

You should keep your diet bland, for your duration of treatment, so nothing spicy, or acidic, according to the NIH.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and stomach pain.

Thanks Verwon . The above suggestion will be really helpful. M getting better day by day but still hv 5 days to complete this medicine course. I am not having any side effect from that medicine. The only thing is that permanent taste in mouth of that medicine, seems like i hv just chewed that medicine. Just wanted to know if i can eat sweets (non milk product sweets) ?
Life has become tasteless with spicyless food.
One more thing, i consulted the doctor again and he told that after completion of this 14 days course he will give two different type of medicine and that too for 25 days course. And after that he will do endoscopy again to check if those red spots in stomach got disappeared.
Two different type of medicine to eat in empty stomach in morning and evening for 25 days. My daily life is going to be hectic.
