This is a multivitamin capsule, meant to ensure you are getting enough of these vital nutrients or correct a deficiency in them, which can cause serious health problems.

As such, the side effect profile is not studied as it is for prescription medications.

It can cause some nausea when you take it,

im am taking up a pedivit multivitamins the choc color capsule like.... i could hardly sleep in the night so what is the best time to take this pill, is it thru the day or night after dinner? also can i gain weight w/ this pill coz right now i am skinny which i want to gain some weight pls reply ASAP..
