What Is The Side Effect Of Natural Micronised Progesterone Softgel Capsules

Last month i took above tables around 20 days 200 mg but also i got monthly period cycle on sep 10th . This month my husband is in US me not try for conceive my monthly period cycle supposed to be on 9th of oct this month but still not got my monthly period cycle. let me know what is the reason and what is the effect of this capsules.

Based on my research, Natural Micronized Progesterone is a type of the hormone called Progesterone; which is derived from plants and is basically the same as human Progesterone. This type of Progesterone is different from the synthetic forms in birth control and many forms of synthetic HRT (hormone replacement therapy) used for menopause. The word "Micronized" is used to describe how it is formulated with oil, which, when taking capsules by mouth, is meant to encourage absorption through the digestive tract.

I don't believe irregular periods are a side effect, but hormone replacement therapy effects everyone differently so you may want to speak with your doctor if it continues to be a problem.

Some possible side effects: Acne, hot flashes, painful joints, breast pain,
increased growth of hair.

hi suneta...
u should take 400mg natural micronized progesteron daily for 4 to 6 days, when shedding starts u should stop this. and from day 14 of ur cycle u should take 200mg for 10 days. repeat it for 3 cycles. ur normal cycle will start after this....
