They are just different trade names from different manufacturers for the same medication, they both contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, it is a narcotic analgesic.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I just started seeing a therapist 2nd session . I have extreme panic attacks but try to calm my own self down. I was attacked by a ex-employee in '97 on Fri. 13th ! He was waiting for me inside my vehicle at 11:15pm . I fought for my life & won !! He was in prisoner for 26 yrs & is getting out in less than 2 yrs. dropped by my doctor in March cold turkey on all of my medicine ! I have been on medication for 10 yrs then nothing . Now trying to get a new doctor to put me back on Xanax 1mg 4 times a day & he is trying to get me off of my BP medicine (clonidine 0. 1mg) 4 times a day. But it is extremely hard but down to 1 a day if I am lucky. But my BP is either too low & I am dizzy r really really high !!! For the last 4 days I feel horrible! He gives me 10 pills of Xanax xr 1mg. I have had 3 refills of 10 pills since Nov.17th till now & he said he wouldn't fill it again ! He wanted me to see a therapist & I am 2 sessions & he hasn't subscribed any medicine !! I haven't asked him for any Xanax just how to calm myself down but it isn't working ! I also have headaches daily because of stress,worry about my 3 children I'm 56 now & panic attacks worst stress worse hair is falling out & have migraines ! Just a mess & at my wits end with all of this !! Please give me your thoughts !!!! I am at the point to try online to get my Xanax at least !! HELP :)) thanks so much ! Southern Girl trying to let everyone think I am fine & I am worse this yr !!

Xanex can cause early onset of Demetria and Alzheimer's. Have you tried aroma therapy? In a dark room? If your having trouble sleeping, ask for ambien. There are other forms of anxiety medication as well. Ask your Doctor. Good Luck
