What Is The Best Detox Drink For Oxycodone

i am in an out patient drug program, i have been in the program for 7 months now, i done some 30mg roxi's and need to cleanse my system for a urine drud screen, its a dip stck 6 panal test, ny ifo would be greatly apprecited, thanks blondie

does anyone know if taking cranberry pills to fluch your system works? i have read different topics and threads, some say yes, and some say no! and they are not all in detail about the drug that they are flushing either, it seems as if all detox conversations are about THC and i need to know about oxycodone? and also any advise of cleaning out my system would be greatfully appreciated as well! thank you in advance, blondie

Hi blondie72,

Because the major route of oxycodone excretion is in the urine, it makes sense that drinking plenty of water would have a positive impact on your ability to detox sooner.

I would also focus your attention on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, staying hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercising at least an hour a day to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night.

Cranberry pills or diuretics may also prove to be helpful, but in my opinion those should probably be secondary to eating right and exercising regularly.
