What Is Hydrocodon Acetaminophen 5 325

What are the side effect's of Hydrocodone 10.500? And what is in it to become Hydrocodone 10.500.I have had bad mood swing's and quick temper'ed,I have noticed i get mad easy and yell alot for no reason, it has effect my Marriage alot,I never get to the point of hitting but i find myself yelling and getting mad over nothing,when I never was like this before i was taking it, i have been on this for over 6 years, and my moods have gotten worse, and yelling.

Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever, the Hydrocodone is the narcotic and the Acetaminophen is in there to help make it work better, it kind of increases the strength of it. One of the name brands for it would be Vicodin.

The normal side effects can include nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.

Technically, a narcotic is a downer and should cause the opposite effects, however, in a very small percentage of people it can cause a paradoxical reaction, which can include symptoms such as what you have described.

Have you talked to your doctor about it? It seems this just may not be the right medication for you and you may need to try something different.

The symptoms that you describe are consistent with addiction, and are likely to get worse. I recommend you talk with your doctor and/or check out narcotics anonymous (NA)

I have had 5 back surgerys rods taken out and new ones put in on hydrocodone 10 325 4 a day and still in pain don't like affect of oxycodone is there an in between medicine

I've been on 10 mg 8 a day for over 10 years, my fusecond is short also, it is really hard to keep from going off so I get out of the house and explode and then go back in. I say things when I get like this that you could not pay me to say any other time. I've never beeN this way before but I think it is my hydro that causes it and it's small things that set me off, I've tried to back off the meds but my back gets so bad I'm unable to do anything. Wish I knew for sure this is what causes this mood swing.

I understand where your coming from no disrespect intended but it seems your suffering from sort of partial abstinence syndrome.Your tolerance to the level of hydrocodone is not fulfilling the chemical changes in your brain so even though your still dosing your threshold for this effect is not being met so you remain in a perpetual state of semi Withdrawl .Of course when you attempt breaking free the complete cascade of Withdrawl makes that seemingly impossible since the underlying pain is magnified by the opiate Withdrawl syndrome.There are answers but none are easy and require competent medical evaluation to decipher what modality best fits your circumstances.Untreated this condition will only deteriorate further as the progression of this illness worsens over time.I wish you the very best my friend.

I have been taking hydrocodon-Tylenol 10-325 four times a day for two months due to severe nerve pain from spinal stenosis. I also take 2mg. of Lorazepam three times a day for anxiety. Plus I take 300mg. Of Bupropion daily for depression. Just a week ago I started having mood swings, feelings of anger and frustration. I am also having trouble sleeping and heightened anxiety. Wondering if anyone else has experienced these side effects from similar medications. I do see a psychiatrist monthly.

I have to take 80 mg of hydrocodone a day because of a misplaced epidural after spine surgery. Have been taking it for over 10 years. I experience the same thing, fly off the handle over the smallest , stupid things. It's part of life from now on and I have accepted it but my wife has a different opinion. I don't get violent but get very verbal and loud. Try not to let too many bad words come out nut sometimes they slip out anyways. Don't know what we can do but learn yo live with it and try our best to control it. It's hard but I can feel it getting ready to happen and it happens fast.

I had some of each at one time and hurt so bad I took one of each instead of 2 of either. I found that in doing so my pain was more tolerable. Told my doctor but he said it's not good to mix the 2, why I do not know, but it worked better for me than either by themselves did. Maybe some research on that should be done to make a more effective pain killer, just a thought on my part.
