What Is Amox Tr K Clv 875 125 Uses

I have a prescription of Amox/k clav 875-125 that I was giving for an ear infection. I have about half the bottle left, now months later I have white puss on my throat which looks to b strept. Will this for medicine b effective for a thoat infection?

This is the generic version of the antibiotic Augmentin, which is used to treat various types of infections.

However, the problem is that you may not have enough to fully eradicate the infection, since a full course of treatment is needed, which would usually be about 10 days.

That coupled with the fact that the presence of an infection hasn't been confirmed by a doctor creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria, which is something you've already put yourself at risk of, if you didn't finish the full course of treatment when it was originally prescribed for the ear infection.

Hi trina - the idea for taking it in the case of a broken tooth is to prevent tooth or mouth infection. So it won't actually help take the pain away but you should still definitely take it as prescribed. Does that make sense?
