Dida is actually an herbal/naturopathic product that is available over the counter, so while they claim it helps with many things, this is actually not proven.

This also means that the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for actual medications.

The ingredients list includes the following: Oregano, Pot Marigold, Olive Leaves, Thyme, Cardamom, Clove, Garlic, Fennel oil and Peppermint oil.

So, it really sounds like a cooking recipe.

Has anyone actually used this product?

I've just started taking it this week - they recommend 3 pills a day with a glass of water for the first month. My first day I took this too literally and had the pills with a glass of water and a protein shake and, about 3 hours later, vomited everything from the morning and night before. I'm now eating it with meals and my stomach feels better (I have a very sensitive stomach) but my head feels clouded and I've had a dull headache for about 4 days.

I am susceptible to migraines. I started taking this a while ago and have had an unexplainable headache for days now. Finally it occurred to me that this medication is the only thing that has changed for me. I will stop taking this right away and hopefully this terrible headache will subside. (The migraines have been well controlled up until I started taking Dida by daily medication)

I STARTED TAKING DIDA and experienced headaches too. Worst still I noticed dark stool with some blood! Stopped taking these pills and symptoms cleared.
