blue ,oblong with watson 540...bottle read 10/500....but i also have yellow oblong with a V on one side and on the other side is 36/01...on that prescription bottle is 10/325...what is the difference and which is the stongest..

They both contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, however, the Acetaminophen does help the Hydrocodone to work better, so the one with 500mgs of it would be stronger.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
