Wellbutrin Testing Positive For Methamphetamine

I just got out of jail and did not use, but was dirty for methamphetamine. I do take Wellbutrin. How does this happen?

I don't know but it sure does. And causes a lot of undue stress. I'm stopping the Wellbutrin. Screw that.

I keep testing positive for methamphetamine and do not use and am not around any drugs. I was on the drug patch and it kept showing up in really low levels like negative, then 220, then negative, then 50. I am at a loss of words. Now I switched to U/A's. I am scared s***less because I am being accused of using and I am not and now cps is threatening to take my child from me. I am prescribed wellbutrin but I rarely take it. The time I failed the only thing I can think that I did different is take the wellbutrin. Can this make me fail? If not what can? I don't understand this, please no negative comments.

Wellbutrin made me go positive for methamphetamine on the pee test. It will not show up if they do the GC test in the lab. Demand confirmatory testing, wellbutrin is known to cause false positives on the immuno test.
