Are you saying you are weak as in not muscular from not working out? Or do you have chronic fatigue or other similar symptoms of a condition?

What sort of weight gainer tablet are you referring to? To my knowledge the best weight gainer is eating more calories than you burn off, no?

I don't know anything about your lifestyle to comment on what you need to do in order to improve your weight gain. Please provide some deeper insight so I or someone else can be of help to you.

Are you currently an active person doing strength training or weight lifting?

I think the best way to go about gaining weight and keeping body fat to a minimum is eating proper macronutrient ratios at every meal. An example of this would be having 20g of protein, 70 or more grams of carbs, and 10g or less of fat, for a meal. This a successful method that I personally used before; not with these exact numbers, but certainly similar.

You definitely want to stick to lots of fruits, vegetables, and grains. The grains will be the biggest source of calories to help pack the weight on, while the fruits and veggies should help to keep your body fat in check. A simple rule you can follow would be to eat till you are full and maybe a few extra bites if you can tolerate it. Stay active lifting weights more so than cardio workouts and you should notice a difference in weight gain; primarily from muscle weight and not fat. Also recovering properly by eating immediately after your workouts will be key to building more muscle. Hope this helps!

Let me know if you need any more direction.
