Wanting To Know About Dinintel Availability

Hi, I've used dinintel during my weight loss program. I dieted and exercised but without dinintel to help me fight the hunger cravings, believe me I have not been successful. However I am now very fat again after giving birth to my daughter and under going a major surgery. Now I'm ready to take up the challenge of weight loss again, but only to realize dinintel has been taken off the market here. I don't know if this is being done worldwide or only here in a Jamaica?
