Voveran contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and yes, long-term use of any medications in this class carries the risk of causing organ damage, as well as possible damage to the stomach.
This is even true of the ones that commonly available over the counter, like Ibuprofen and Naproxen.
