Vomitted 1.5 Hours After Taking The 4th Blue Pill

Hi. Could anyone let me know if I did the right thing? Thanks in advance.

I just started taking Lo Loestrin Fe starting last Sunday, which is also the first day of my period (as advised by my gyno). And I take it exactly at 11:25 am everyday including today.

Everything was fine until today after I had lunch, I vomitted forcefully at around 2 p.m., probably due to some food allergy. I checked the instruction and it says if you have diarrhea or vommiting within 3-4 hours after taking the pill, you need to follow "missed pill guide", where it says you need to take the missed pill as soon as possible, then take the next pill at regular time. This really confuses me. Since I do not really miss a pill, there is no pill for me to take. So I went ahead and took the pill that I am supposed to take tomorrow.

I am really worried if it will messed up my period, which has not ended yet (I usually have week long period though). It might well be possible that I did not vomit the pill out, in which case I take two pills in one day. Will it make my period even longer? I have read review where people said they have spotted/bleeding for as long as couple months...not sure if it has anything to do with not taking it at a fixed time.

Sorry that's actually 2.5 hours after taking the pill....

It may mess up your period, but there no harm in that, things will settle back down and irregular ones are to be expected for a few months, when you first starting taking OCs.

If you took an extra one, then at the end of the pack, you'll be a pill short and start your period one day sooner than usual, but that's also nothing to worry about.

Ive been taking 28 birth control pills for years now and one night right after i took my 10th pill i vomit immediately i was worried so i took the pill which im supposed to take the next day 11th pill to be exact... the next day i bought same new pack of pill in exchange to the pill which im suppose to take. So i took the 11th pill again frm the new pack and continued on frm regular intake of pills. usually i get my period on the 24th pill(brown pill) im jst bothered because im already on the 26th pill (brown pill) and still havent had my menstruation period yet... do i really have to worry?
