Verwon Says:

You should consult your doctor about this, because too much of these nutrients, especially vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as being deficient in it.

Did the doctor in Mexico provide you with any instructions?

Do you know how much of each ingredient it contains?

Jezzy Says:

Vitamin B12 is water soluble and will excrete if too much is taken, however, Vitamin B6 will accumulate in your system and should be taken in the correct amount daily so that it is used by up by the body.

"too much of these nutrients, especially vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as being deficient in it" ... is a false statement.

Excess B12 is excreted.
