Hello. When is the best time to take polynerv 500? My professor told me that b1,6,12 can help me with my studies so i bought polynerv 500 but i dont know when specifically in a day will i take it and is it really best to take a vitamin without food to have better absorption in our body than to take it with food? Please help. Thankyou.
