Well, there haven't really been any studies done on supplements and what effect they may have on the levels of a medication in your system, so it's rather difficult to say.
However, my best guess would be that it's likely possible, especially if taking the Vitamin D may have had any other effect on your body, such as making your drink more liquids, causing diarrhea or etc.

Did they send the sample out to a lab for further testing?

I got hired at a job and says they drug test idk when depends when I get my background check and says they drug test at orientation. so maybe less than a week to pee clean. I am an everyday user for headache.I also take 50,000 vitamin D pills once a week. does that help how can I pass with just drinking water.

Yes and my creatine level was over 20mg/ml so they stated that my urine was diluted. I have McArdle disease so my enzymes are always out of wack, especially if I am stressed.

Yes they sent it to two labs one said my urine was not diluted and tested positive for 250 ml/dl methamphetamine and the other lab said my urine was diluted and tested 500ml/dl and I have been taking perscription D2 50,000IU(ergo) once a week for 2 months
