It looks like this product is out of stock everywhere, which could mean that it's discontinued for one reason or another. One manufacturer of this product is "Medibrands". I would consider looking them up and try to contact them.

Active Ingredient: Tetracaine HCl
Inactive Ingredients:Ethoxydiglycol Eucalyptus Oil Hydroxyethyl Cellulose Maleated Soybean Oil Methylparaben Propylparaben Sodium Lauryl Sulfate Water.

NOTE: The generic name for this product is also the active ingredient - Tetracaine.

Common US brand names for this medication are: Cepacol Viractin and Pontocaine.

Where can you find Viractin have looked everywhere, can't even find it in Canada they say out of stock. Great stuff sure need it.
