SMALL,AND ROUND LIKE THE BACK END OF AN INK PEN, ABOUT 3 MM THICK ## Is it by any chance an orangish color? I think you have a Vioxx 25 mg. If you can check this picture to verify. Hope this helps. ## One other thing to note - if it is a Vioxx, that med has been banned by the FDA in the U.S. and I believe also in Canada. ## The information that Barry provided is correct. The tablet with the MRK 110 marking was 25mg Vioxx tablet. NDC: 00006-0110, and it is no longer available in the U.S. Merck withdrew if from the market in 2004, due to the fact that it was found to increase the risk of experiencing a heart attack, or stroke, with long-term use. Vioxx really helped me when I was on it. Do you think they will ever bring it back on the market. Or is there another drug that works as good.I am allergic to Daypro and Cataflam. Any one have any ideals?? ## Is the perscription drug Vioxx now available for consumer purchase? My husband took vioxx and says that it worked better for him then anything he has been on since the recall. ## I haven't found anything that works as well as Vioxx. I am currently taking Mobic but not getting the relief I got from Vioxx. It's short-lived and not as effective. Any news of another promising med for osteoarthritis?

My doctor says I cannot take Ibuprophen, Aspirin, or any anti-inflamatories. But I...
