Vicodin In A Urine Drug Test

Hi. I took 20 5mg/500mg generic Vicodin's over the course of 48 hours. I started on a Tuesday evening and took my last 2 and half pills Thursday morning. I had a drug test the next Thursday morning so I had a full 6 days of no use. I am 33 years old, 5'7" and about 155lbs. I'm also in relatively good health; basically no health problems. Will that 6 days be enough time for it not to show up on a urine test?

Technically it should be, the Hydrocodone in Vicodin is usually only detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 days, after last dosing.

However, it can vary, depending on your overall health, activity levels, fluid intake and etc. So, there's really no way to be sure, until you get the test results.

... 6 days is more than enough time .. for you. Vicodin is normally gone in 72 hours. Though, 4 days is nice and safe.

I have had a pain contract with my doctor for 2 years and am prescribed 112 vicodin per month, taking 1 every 6 hours during the day and 2 before bed. Using that math, it's obvious the medication does not last the entire month. I was tested in January when I picked up my prescription and obviously there was nothing in my system, simply because taking it as directed it doesn't last the entire month. Simple math. At my office visit the doctor said because it wasn't in my system (again, math!) She's concerned I am selling my meds, will no longer prescribe this for me and has flagged my chart! While I understand people do sell their pain meds I am not one of them nor have I ever. She even said multiple times that I have ALWAYS been compliant with my contract. I am deeply shocked and disturbed by this and have filed a formal complaint with the office. I truly believe someone did not check my prescription and do the math and really want this removed from my chart.

I need some help I was just given a deferred prosecution agreement for pills. I see my counselor 2x a month. I was given a script for vicodin many months ago and took some for actual pain. Today is Tuesday & I'm pretty positive I will be dropped Friday. Is it possible to be clean? Also anyone familiar with this, will they put me in jail even with an script?
