Vertigo (new Treatments)?

Updated

Ive had vertigo on and off my whole life starting at age 12 im now 41. Nobody can pin dpwn the cause and there is no treatment. I've been to ENT specialist I've had MRI'S and even tried the holistic method and nothing works. I've tried just about every medication and to no avail. It's affecting my life and job and I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of any new drugs or medications that have recently made it to the market. Any and all help appreciated. Untill you have an episode you have no idea how bad it really is Thank you in advance
