It has been used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, and most recently, cluster headaches. This medication comes in the form of a pink capsule with white beads on the inside and the imprint Schwarz 4086. Maybe the imprints got rubbed off somehow?
