Can someone pls help me...my grandma took ventolin at 4pm the sinecod at 9pm coz she cant sleep coz of dry cough. My question is, how soon can she take her ventolin again? ## Can we take sinecod and ventolin solution for nebulizer? Is it safe to administer it together? ## Can we take salbutamol and butamirate at the same time? ## is it safe? my daughter took sinecod forte. 30 minutes after she nebulized with combivent. after that she coughed and coughed ## pls. help is butamirate citrate can be combined with dalbutamol nebule

I have copd and get a lot of mucus once I get it coughed up I can breathe better will the iputronium bromide help break it up with ventolin ## Hello, Pat! How are you? No, the iputronium bromide does not help break up and expel mucous. It works to open the bronchi. Its typical side effects are listed by the FDA as possibly including nausea and headache. The same is true of the Ventolin, it relieves bronchial spasms. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and nervousness. Is there anything else I can help with?

RE: Ventolin inhaler. If I take a hair folicle test will the result be positive on Methampetamine? ## Although many nasal sprays and inhalers can test false positive for Amphetamines (including meth), I actually haven't found anything specific to this drug. If you ever do test positive though I would try and dispute it as best you can; because on the cheaper less reliable drug tests, it seems as though anything is likely to show up no matter what you took. One site I typically go to when checking for false positives is askdocweb; however they don't seem to have information on the drug you mentioned. Can Ventolin and or Albuterol inhalers give a false positive for amphetamines? I came back positive on a drug test for amphetamines. I currently take those two scripts. Thought about switching to an otc like Primatene Mist, but have seen that it does give a false positive for amphetamines. So I am wondering how to prove to the courts that I'm not using anything! I am allergic to sulfa drugs and currently have bronchitis. One of the things prescribed to me is ventolin hfa it says it has albuterol sulfate should I be concerned? ( I did tell the Dr that I was allergic to sulfa drugs.) Two more questions, I used to get really itchy tiny bumps on my back. The doctor never could figure out why, but I started looking at the ingredients of shampoos and saw that most of them had sodium lauryl sulfate. This was before I was ever diagnosed with an allergy to sulfa drugs. Is there a connection with sulfa drugs and sodium lauryl sulfate? I work as a paramedic and had a female patient that had what initially looked like Asthma. She had no responce to Ventolin or IV adrenaline. To the point of collapse and seizures on arrival at A/E. I was not able to see the toxicology report but was advised she had a beta blocker and amphetamine show up. My question is, would these two drugs have an adverse effect on our administration of the ventolin and adrenaline as a conflict between agonist and antagonist. Cheers Jimmy

Does anyone know if ventolin,brycanyl and salbutamol are the same things? ## Ventolin and Salbutamol both contain the active ingredient Albuterol, so they are the same drug. Bricanyl, however, contains the active ingredient Terbutaline, so this is a different medication.
