Valium is a minor tranquiliser that has quite a long half life in your body, compared to some of the other tranquilisers. As a general rule of thumb, it can be detected in the blood for approximately between 20 and 100 hours, and in your urine for up to 14 days.

There are a number of factors which can affect these figures, including:

• Strength of the dose
• Quantity consumed
• How it is consumed
• Frequency of use
• Presence of other drugs

Factors specific to you which may also have an impact on these figures include:

• Your tolerance to it
• Your sex and age
• Your overall health & well-being
• Your general metabolic state

yes I agree with Jane it might stay in your urine for 21-30 day's. benzodiazipines stay in your system for longer than others except T.H.C. (marajuana)
