Doctor have given preclaud 100 and oleptal 150 dt to my grandmother, i want to know, what its purpose and side effect please. thanking you ## Doctor as given oleptal DT 600, serenace 0.25 & phenargan 25 to my mom, i want to know what is the purpose and if it as any side effect please ## Normally this drug is prescribed for problem related to inability to walk or developing pain during walking. Suppose to releieve claudication. my mom had high BP 2yrs ago(jun 2007) she got low sodium and sodium was given in icu as her moments were very slow and she started talking irrelevant she also has hypothyroid hence taking electroxin too, she was given nebi 5mg to treat bp and was advised to take oral sodium extra but her headache continued. this june (2009) she again had low sodium perhaps to monitor BP we started giving her tata lite salt which caused low sodium which was again given in icu. but now since 1 august she having loose motion again hospitalized for 15 days wasgiven telma 40 mg, eltroxin, oflaxin , econorm, redotril, ornio, ORS etc.. but even today(7-sep 2009) her loose motion continues. today dr has suggested to give pantop HP kit and DOM-DT. wil this solve the problem. and how many days pantop HP kit given

does fluzone cause siezures in children?

2-3 weeks after my 4 yr old received the fluzone vaccine she started having abscence siezures. She got an EEG which confirmed this. The neurologist wants to put her on Lamictal right away. He says siezures are common in children ages 2-5 and usually go away with medication over a two year period. The medication side affects are ridiculous. I took her to our homeopathic who has a really neat machine to do body readings. It found obscene amounts of mercury, aluminum, bismuth, and cadium metals and also her nervous system is completely out of wack. We have decided to do a metal detox on her first (we are using a mouth spray called metal free as well as a variety of supplements and homeopathics) as these can absolutely cause siezures and we are hopeful the detox will stop the siezures. Zostavox Vaccine Info

I would like to know about this vaccine. ## This is an immunization used to prevent herpes zoster. (Shingles) ## I just had the Zostavax vaccination this afternoon. My doctor and I thought it was advisable since I was exposed to a friend who just came down with shingles and I had chicken pox as a child. Anything I should look out for? Thanks, Brooke
