Use Of Dronis 20 Pill

My doctor advised me to take dronis 20. It has 24 pills and i want to know when to start the pill - I mean on the 2nd day or 4th day?

Hello,

Based on my research, Dronis 20 is used as an oral contraceptive and contains the following active ingredients: (Drospirenone + Ethinylestradiol). It is also used to treat (PMDD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder or acne in women who are using Dronis for birth control. It may also be used to treat other conditions.

Administration:

First and foremost, only use Dronis as instructed by your doctor. Dronis should be taken by mouth, with or without food.

-If you begin to take Dronis within the first 24 hours of your period, an extra form of birth control shouldn't be necessary.

-If you begin to take Dronis the Sunday following the start of your period, using an extra form of birth control WILL be necessary for 7 days after you started taking Dronis.

-If you are switching to Dronis after using another form of birth control, start Dronis on the same day that you would have originally started a new pack of the previous birth control pills you were using.

Take Dronis at the same time every day, no longer than 2 hours apart. After you take the last pill in the pack, begin taking the first pill from a new pack the very next day. If you still have concerns, speak with your doctor about how you should start using your first pack of Dronis.

Hi. I have pcos so my dr suggested I take dronis 20 for three months... I completed the first month and now I got my periods after 4 days but the flow is not normal. I experienced pain in the lower left side... Is it normal?
