Yes, they both contain the narcotic Hydrocodone, coupled with Acetaminophen and will be detected the same in a urine test.

The only time you may encounter a problem is if they also check the levels of it that are in your urine, rather than just looking for the presence of the drug.

I am a 28 year old female and I weight 150lbs and I'm 5'2. Over the last 3 weeks I have been taking about 6 lortab tens a day. I quit on this past Saturday, and Sunday and today(Monday) the withdrawals were so bad I took some. I am out again and have a urine test on this Thursday. My metabolism is OK and I am very active at work and sweat alot. Should it be out of my system after almost a full 3 days? I'm drinking lots of water but also other stuff so my urine will not be clear. Is the half life of hydrocodone conisdered by how much taken and by the last dose? I can't reschedule my appointment and need to know if there is any way of passing the test. Also anything that will help withdrawals other than immodium and tylenol? Thank u

No pain pills for 14 days. I'm drinking at least 64ozs of water. 24 oz tea 16oz v8 juice. 16ozs coffee. I was taking m357. 5-500. For 5 years. I've been working out and sweating everyday. I lost 7lbs Can I pass a urine test????? NO MORE! Pills. Ever.
