I am having muscle spasm on upper back, got blood test done. Blood uria is little higher. Doctor gave me febutaz 40 for 1 month and acinac-p for main (Sos) but side effect I am having muscle cramp on left lower back, very tough to sit for work, what to do. Going for physiotheripy also. ## Hello, Manvinder! How are you doing? That is not a normal side effect of this medication. Have you consulted your doctor? It may not be lowering your urea, or there could be some other problem going on. Are you possibly dehydrated? How much fluid do you drink each day?

I am a 63 year old Indian (Asian) male. I have been taking medications for high BP for the past 15 years. Currently I am taking - Coversyl AM 4/5, Lorvas SR, Angispan TR 2.5 mg, Clopitab 75 mg, Nefrosave, Febuget 40 mg. In the last 6 months (Aug 2013 to Feb 2014) my urea level has gone up from 55 to 100, uric acid from 3.0 6.0 and serum creatinine remained at 2.0. Electrolytes continue to remain within the range. I do not observe any physical changes such as swelling of feet or tiresomeness. I am agile and active. Could you please suggest a way out to keep my urea within the range? I am a strict vegetarian and don't even eggs. Do you suggest any restrictions on specific vegetables. My wife, 59 years old, is suffering from High Blood Pressure & Diebities. Her investigation report is as under: Total Serum Cholestrol ........ 248mg Serum TRI Glycerides .......... 175mg HDL ........ 45mg VLDL ......... 35mg LDL ........ 168mg Serum Urea (DAM) .......... 38mg Blood Sugar - Fasting ..... 110mg - P.P ...... 220mg Blood pressure .....154/90 To control blood pressure, the doctor has prescribed: Repalol, Pinom 20mg & calchek 5mg To control the blood sugar , prescribed medicines are- Zoryl M2 (b.d.),Pioz 15mg (O.D.) To control cholestrol- One doctor has advised Lipicure 10mg while the other has prescribed Rosumac 20mg daily. The side effects of these two medicines has put me into anxiety. Pl. advice me what would be appropriate medicine to control cholestrol.

I hv kidney disease and due to that high BP. Both in control with medicatation.Right now my creatinine is 1.66, urea 33 with electrolytes in normal range. From last 2 months my drug for BP & renal is changed to stamlo beta 50/5(1-0-1) & Febuget40 to control BP/uric acid. Before that i was taking Temla R5(1-0-1), Telma R5 changed because potassium increased to >6 so doc advised to take stamlo beta instead telma r5. From last 3-4 months, I am getting leg restless in both legs and low back pain rather restlessness. So I consulted with orthopadic one week before.he prescribed to take ultracet (1-0-1) and Nervemax (0-0-1). I am Radii, 23 years old female I am suffering from Autoimmune hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) In First dose i used Tab. Wysolone 40mg thrice daily per day. Within 15days , I was put on weight more than 5kgs.After 20days Severe headache came at nights.. daily.. That much of Headache i am not explaining in words.After that, cramps in hands and legs.Those are very and very severe.After that physician reduce the dose to 40mg once daily..I used Tab.Wysolone in October 2010 .I stopped Tab.Wysolone in April 2011.Last dose i used last dose as 2.5mg once daily..Now i am some normal.
