Urbanol With Ivedal

I am suffering from major depression to the point where i am unable to do anything. The doctor prescribed me cymgen 30 to take in the morning, Ivedal for sleeping, Urbanol and Ativan 1mg for anxiety.

I am taking urbanol with the sleeping tablet and wake up very tired with a lot of pain. I am now scared to take Ativan if it makes me sleepy... please advise.
