U 135 Oval

Does clondine come in round or oval sizes seems it was round now i have oval just want to make sure my nephew is taking the right one

There is actually no rule for how a pill must be shaped, that is entirely up to the manufacturer.

And yes, the pill marked U 135 does contain 0.1mg of Clonidine, which is used to treat many medical conditions, including high blood pressure.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.

Should there be round and oval pills in the same bottle from the same manufacturer (in this case Unichem Pharmaceuticals)? Walgreens pharmacy just gave my son a new bottle of his prescription with a mix of both ovals and circles with the same color and imprint on them. We are newish to Walgreens and have been using a Kroger pharmacy with a pharmacist who was so OCD he would never let something like this pass his multistep checking. If anything was out of the ordinary about meds, he would reject them and start fresh, then count the pills himself at a minimum of 4 times to be sure the techs and the machines had counted correctly before him and had checked every aspect of the labels and prescriptions. He became a close friend because of this and our shared issue with severe OCD affecting our personal lives. I don't want to worry him with this question because he will stress out to the extreme if he thinks my son might have something defective or incorrect. For now I am only giving him the oval tablets from the bottle and not the circular ones. They are identical in every other way except shape, but I find it odd given that these are made by machine and should be identical to a T. Can anyone help?
