PM L345 - blue ## This pill is Family Dollar brand extra strength pain reliever PM or generic for Tylenol PM. ## Also each pill contains 500mg of acetaminophen and 25mg of Diphenhydramine HCL ## This pill is not just the Family Dollar brand, this is sold as a generic in many, many different stores under their store brand or generics of common name brand OTC meds.

Either it is over the counter, from another country (other than the U.S.A), or a recreational drug. Best, James ## This is actually an over the counter Tylenol product, it is the proprietary imprint they use on some of their products that you can purchase over the counter in any store. Since it is not a prescription drug, these pills do not have to have different imprints on each one, so we have no way of knowing which pill this is, but it is, definitely an over the counter Tylenol product made by McNeil. ## It is just Tylenol P.M. right? The TY is used by the manufacturer's of Tylenol on a lot of their over the counter items, but since these are not regulated like prescription drugs are, there is no comprehensive database to identify it.

Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.

round pill mcneil 3 ## To avoid future confusion from those who may be seeking information on the same pill, I removed the incorrect post, there was some incorrect information provided in it. This is Tylenol 3, a combination of Acetaminophen 300mgs and Codeine 30mgs, a narcotic pain reliever.

I recognize the description of this pill, I buy them for my husband all the time. This is the new Tylenol rapid release caplets, like nenene said, 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The middle band actually has tiny little holes in it, so your stomach acids work on it and release the med quicker. When my husband has classes and gets a headache, it is the only thing that works fast enough, so there is always a bottle in his bookbag and in the car. It has codine in it, which acts as a sleep aid. Can make you drowsy if you are not used to asleep aid. No imprint,no numbers, suspect told us that it is oral insulin, ornage and white capsule about the size of a tylenol 500mg capsule maybe larger ## Sorry, any prescription drug sold in the US legally, or manufactured here, has to have unique markings for ID purposes, as per the law set in place by the FDA. If there are not markings, it either has to be counterfeit, or an over the counter item or supplement.

red ## We need more details to identify it, shape of the pill, size, any other markings? ## No, the pill is a small round pill (about the size of a tylenol geltab) with the number 251 on the top. ## It took some hunting, but I did finally find an ID on this, it is an over the counter med, and since there are not strict guidelines for these, it is hard to find a comprehensive database that lists many of them. However, it is Pseudophedrine 25mgs, a generic or store brand of Sudafed, used for allergies or colds. ## Sorry, typo, should read 30mgs, not 25.

Oval white tablet with L484 stamped into one side. Found in a bottle of Walgreen No-Aspirin Gelcaps, extra strength. Don't know if this is a generic brand of Acetaminophen or what. Please help identify. TIA ## Yes, it is a generic/store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol, it is Acetaminophen 500mgs. Pills marked with either an L or a 44 are made by LNK International, they make only over the counter products which are sold by various stores as store brands or generics.

Oval shaped and white and had L497 imprinted on it. ## I cannot find a listing for this specific pill, but I can tell you that pills marked with an L are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter meds that are sold by various stores as the store brands or generics for pills such as Tylenol and Advil.

white tablet ## Did you intend the second number to be 57344? M2A3 57344 is a generic for Tylenol manufactured by Marlex. It is Acetaminophen 325mgs. It is a round tablet with the M2A3 above a score line, the other numbers below the score line.

small red pill ## I am sorry, I cannot find an ID for this. It is an over the counter product and there really isn't a comprehensive database for them all because there are just to many and there are no regulations governing their markings. This company manufactures various drugs that are packages and sold as various store brands. They do many, many products, but all OTC, such as store versions of Tylenol, Advil and Imodium.
