I found some white oblong pills in my sons room that say Ex on one side and nothing on the other. They look like Tylenol but a little bigger. I don't think they are excedrine as I take them for headaches myself. Pill identifyers come up with nothing on the searches. Please help! ## Based on your description, the only white oblong shaped pill with this exact imprint is Excedrin migraine relief (acetaminophen 250 mg + aspirin 250 mg + caffeine 65 mg). Found this white pill with the marking "AP 500". Not APO or anything else!! Please help. Again "AP" on one side and "500" on the other. Thank you. ## I'm trying to figure out the same thing only this one has AP 500 on the same side. ## What pill is AP500? I found a bottle filled with these, but no name, and can't seem to find it anywhere. ## I don't know the answer but it's most likely something over the counter, or it could also be from outside the US. Can I take Tylenol or something for the headache which is one of the side effects? ## Can you post back with the ingredients listed on the box? You would need to know what the active ingredients in your otc drug are in order to know whether Tylenol would interact with them.

Hello. I'm a stage 4 cancer patient that's been dealing with criminal chronic pain for many years now with tons of surgeries. I had two doctors that retired here in Sacramento both for about five years before they retired and they prescribed me the medications that I needed for pain back then and they were my primary care doctors. It seems now it's almost impossible with the so-called opioid crisis and how the doctors I had always knew that I would have to take medication for the rest of my life at some level even if lessened? I have 3 herniated discs c4-c6 and myofasacia that was diagnosed from a car accident in October. 2014. My pop will not prescribe narcotics, I am currently in a pain management program who has sent me to physical therapy, a neurologist, and provided a tens unit. I am in pain 24x7 and cannot sleep because of the level of pain. My pain management Will not prescribe any pain medication. I have discussed this with my psychiatrist and psychologist who cannot believe they have left me in pain for so long. Need help identifying a small round white pill. Front of pill is scored in the center with and imprint of an odd shaped E on top and 50 beneath, back of pill is blank.
