Need tips on taking TriLyte having hard time drinking it

Can not drink this stuff quickly, having a hard time not gagging. Only drank two and half glasses so far and have three liters to go. ## I found from personal experience, the best way to cope with drinks that are hard to consume, is by simply using a straw. Using a straw allows the drink to go directly to the back of your throat without too much taste involved. Also try having it over ice, instead of just straight and cold. For educational purposes or for your own benefit, please take a look at the link below for more information regarding Trilyte and it's scientific aspects... Please post back if you have any other questions or concerns and I will be happy to help you.
