During the use of triben v my period started, but according to the package, I should not use this during menstruation, so I'm concerned. Can I continue the treatment after my period?

I want to know if I should continue using the Triben-V insert, even if my period comes while I am on it?

I would like to know if I can still use the triben-v insert when my period comes? I am taking it for a yeast infection.

How does this soft-gel work? Does it melt in the vagina? How do I insert it? It does not come with anything to insert it vaginally.
