Tri Glynase 2 Side Effects

I am taking Triglynase 2 for the last six months,one tab daily with breakfast and now these days I am filling Dizzsness all the day.Please let me know that should I stop or continue taking this tab?

I am suffering from diabetic neuropathy . There is problem in my legs i.e. fingers upto the heel. Is there any medication for this. My sugar level ranges from 200 to 250.Once my doctor told me that there is no treatment for this.Sometimes I feel numbness and sometimes I feel as if the skin of my feet is oversensitive.Always there is tingling and pain .It happens more specially when I change position i.e. when I sit after a long time or I lie down after a long time
