I have a round red pill with G2 imprinted on it. Can this be used for pain related to gout and swelling?

This tablet is manufactured by Rugby and they list it as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand of Advil, or Motrin.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
