Tramadol Shortage (Page 44)

Does anyone know of a pharmacy with tramadol available? I tried ordering it but everyine keeps telling me its out of stock and not available until after the holidays. I run out of my rx today and can't wait until after the holidays so any help is appreciate it.

wow...ok peeps, didnt mean to start a war about Kratom. Look, Im not on my "soapbox" here promoting Kratom. I thought this forum was an open forum to ask for help, to ask for other ideas for pain relief. I certainly didnt think it was gonna start a debate about the dangers of Kratom. From the past posts that ive seen since ive been a member, Ive read about tramadol, and then people running out bcuz of the new change to a controlled substance...and people obtaining it underground (including myself) When the topic of Kratom came up, it was just a temporary solution to help with pain. If this was a forum discussing PAIN in general, I would hope when refering to all the pain killers out there that there is risk NO MATTER WHAT. weather its TRAM or KRATOM....THERE IS ALWAYS RISK. if were all recommending the use of tram and where to get it from underground, I certainly didnt think it would be an issue to talk about using Kratom. So with that said, I appreciate all the SUPPORTIVE comments, and all the imformative facts. I will continue to use Kratom, just as I will continue to use Tramadol. AngiKay, I hope you have found the relief I have found in Kratom and hope you use it in moderation like me, JUST AS WE DO TRAMADOL, Levy Thank you for posting your support of my posts, and Im glad you too have found relief and peace. Brim, I appreciate your knowledge. Hope everyone can now just get along...LOL

NMO. One more thing. I just placed an order n they said they no longer offer free samples, but that a diff. comp. sent them some liquid to give away, for people to try. So.... obviously I told the lady YES!!! Better then nothing huh?

Again, all drugs have risks. I have read that in your posts NMO, and understand that you know that as well. I was only posting the dangers because I think OTHER people aren't aware of them. It's not that I think kratom is evil and deadly, either. I just didn't want anyone to start taking it daily, or in large doses, because it does have a nasty withdrawal process that comes with it. You aren't abusing it, so you don't have problems with it. My posts were more for people who abuse tramadol and plan to completely replace it with kratom because they think it's safer or less addictive.

Well said NMO! This forum does not need members if you are not here to provide support, personal experiences and assistance. Its cool to give your opinion but should be kept in a diplomatic way. I personally don't like the Kratom I tried, Maeng Da, and probably will not try any more in the future. But, its cool if it works for others.

@ang - thats cool then that u were able to get some sample liquid...remember to go slow...the sample theyre sending u isnt theres im getting so not sure how well itll work...but its better than no free saamples! let me know how the EXTRACT works for you....read the directions well, they should put on the front of the bottle, how many drops u need to take for it to be effective...

thanx TRAC...hey it only applies to me...but you know how my struggle has been trying to get my tram...so the kratom has been a bit of relief until that prob is solved.

Hi Traci- I have a question for you. I called the number you provided in this thread and spoke to "Harry"who got all my info (name, address, order etc) and offered COD as payment. He said he would call me back on Monday with a tracking number and I haven't heard anything since. He said the package should be here Monday, so I guess we will see what happens tomorrow, but are these people legit? I don't see why they would get my address and name and try to scam me, but right now I don't know what to expect from anyone! Anyway, I appreciate the info so much, but maybe you could put me at ease by telling me they are reliable. Thank you!

I was not angry at anyone or not providing support. I would not have said anything about risks if I didn't care about the members here. So I was being "diplomatic" and I was speaking on experience. I didn't have to state the facts about these cases but thought I would out it out there as a warning. I don't know how it came across as me being undiplomatic or unsupportive, but stating facts about the risks of a drug is what this forum is for.

NMO, like I said, you are using kratom the safest way possible, so my warning was more for people who planned on using it daily. I truly am happy you have found a good combination that has allowed you to live a life with less pain. Essentially, that would be my goal for any patient in the future. I would just want to make sure that patient is safe and educated on the risks. I know they're not commonly listed online, so I figured I should post some cases id come across elsewhere, that's all. I wish you happiness and pain-free days ahead!

Thank you and I respect your right to do whatever treatment works to successfully treat your pain. You shouldn't have to struggle with pain, with all the treatments out there, yet many people do and it's a shame. Hopefully more doctors and pharmacists will come around to realizing pain medication was created FOR pain patients and they're meant to be prescribed for that very issue, but that's a whole different subject :) I just think its ridiculous that the DEA is cutting off so many legit pain patients from narcotics they were put on by their doctors to try to fight this "war on drugs", and instead hurt the real patients. I don't know if that's what made you start taking the kratom or if it was another reason, but I know of several people who are being denied rx pain meds so they're trying other options such as kratom. Anyway, good luck with your treatment!

Hi CittyCat, It sounds like you spoke to one of the other associates but thats cool, they will provide. I think that Steve only called me once with a tracking number even though he says every time he will call the next day. If I need, I just call him the next day and ask for it. Dont be afraid to call them, they are very customer service friendly and willing to help with your needs. The average shipping time is three days from the time you order and I've gotten it in as little as two days. You shouldn't worry or be concerned with dealing with them at all.

Nmo, brim, traci, just saying thanks! I got through last night without issue. Also was able to have a wonderful day at my kids field trip. Thank goodness!! Got to my dr today for my RX... I'll put away the kratom till next time. I only used 7 pills of the kratom. I take tram and hydromorphone. Although for the most part I take as prescribed. I only run out every few months if the pain has been real bad for more than a week. So, for me this truly saved me!! So, thanks again. If anyone needs more info where I got kratom local here in CO. Let me know.

CtrJustus: that's great, and I'm so happy to hear you didn't have to go through the discomfort of withdrawal. Kratom really does help a lot of people with that. By only using it sporadically in small doses, it's doubtful you'll suffer any side effects. I say if it works and it's being used safely, go for it!

Tracy. Are you the one who used to go to Rich for trams? If so, is he just not responding to anyone's emails at all any more? I had put in an order with him approx. a wk. n a half ago, and it went threw, so... is this something that literally just happened? Thanks n I apologize ahead of time if you didn't go threw to Rich.

Thank you Trev and traci- that helps a ton I feel much better, haha. Angi- I used rich too and tried to reorder on the 14th and didn't hear anything back. I'm guessing this must be a super recent thing because, as you know, rich is super fast and very responsive. Have you used him since the 14th? Thanks!

Well....they said I would have it today and I do not...I'm worried they got my address wrong or something? I've left 2 messages and no one has contacted me back. Now I'm worried! I guess I just wanted to share- nothing anyone can do, really. I'm just trying to slice my pills down as much as possible. But ugh, work has been a nightmare. No energy, can't focus, sweats- I wish I could just stay home and cry- ha! I have plans this weekend that I've had forever, but I won't be able to do anything with wd's!
