Tramadol Hci

Hi i am from the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA i am a 43year old male and was diagnosed with BI-POLAR DISORDER plus MAJOR DEPPRESION and AADD(adult attention deficed disorder) i am on medication and see a shrink once a month but my problem is i can not afford to see a private doctor so need to go to the goverment hospitals i get all my medication there except TRAMADOL HCI so that means i have to get it at a private pharmacy aswell as my sleeping pills and the ALZAM the strongest dose of TRAMADOL HCI avalable here is 37.5mg with 325mg PARACETAMOL the cost to me for a box of 30 tablets cost me 895 SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS and in US$ its almost US$130 the reason i use TRAMADOL HCI is because i am a CITY&GUILDS regesterd and certified HOT KITCHEN CHEF and work 14 to 18 hour shifts every day and the meds i have to take for my mental disorders gives me a crippling cluster headaches a i cant findout anywhere here by me for a much stronger dosage of TRAMADOL HCI please i need a email addy of a company that i can purches a higher dose of TRAMADOL HCI so arrangments can be made for payment and the pill can just be sent to me by DHL. Leslie, download and carefully read "The Rosenhan Experiment" from Wikipedia. If after doing this you in any way feel that you're missing something from having read it, then get someone you know and trust to give you their informed opinion of the article. When it comes down to medical diagnoses, because that's what is very important here, not only in your troubling situation, but anyone else who consults a shrink too, the "Tuskegee syphilis experiment" is most informative where very insidious "iatrogenesis" is concerned. Self-diagnosis is no panacea in all situations either unfortunately, although, notwithstanding your having the option of seeking another opinion, at least try to form one yourself for yourself whenever you can. If you feel that you're already furiously treading the medicinal mousewheel then you probably are. Best of luck and may a Happy New 2013 visit you and find you "cooking on gas"_tronomic delights!
