Uses of oxetol 150 with topiramate

My daughter got a seizure at her age of 2 years & 6 months. At that time I had hospitalized her and the doctors advised us some diagnostics for blood culture, blood test, UA, along with CTscan & EEG and they confirmed that my daughter is facing Partial Epilepsy. My daughter is now 6 years old and she is taking oxetol with topiramate from then. I have already made 12 EEG test of her and a little improvement in the report. But the doctor always confirm me that she would be cured within 3-5 years of her medication. In the meantime I have consulted with another pediatric neurologist and he told me that partial epilepsy is not completely cure-able. She have to take medicine through out her whole life. Can you please ensure me whether this partial epilepsy cure-able or not? Also pleas...

silent migraines

My neurologist tells me I have migraines. I generally do not have headaches, if I do they are mild. Nothing more than annoying, really. The thing I went to him for is numbness and tingling in my extremities, and in my face. It scares me, to the point of anxiety. It starts in my hands/feet, sometimes makes it all the way to my elbows/calves. He prescribed topiramate, commonly called Topamax, in increasing doses. The symptoms gradually faded, but today all of a sudden are worse. I've been taking the medicine, I'm still a week or so from my follow up, and it's pretty impossible to get in otherwise. Anyone else have "silent migraines"? ## Hello, Spiderdaisy! How are you doing? Yes, those are the symptoms of silent migraines and the medication may not prevent them all, pl...

Pill 93 On One Side 155

Its also used for weight loss. My physician gave them to me and in 9months I lost 90lbs ## The pill you're describing is identified as Topiramate 25 mg. Apparently it is mainly used to help control and prevent certain kinds of seizures, but also prevents migraine headaches in adults. I haven't found any indications for weight loss, although it does appear to be listed as a potential side effect of the medication itself.
